This new variety of blue holly is very compact and pyramidal in shape. It has a more narrow form making it perfect for hedges, screens, foundation plantings, and even as a specimen. It is a female selection, so it needs a male such as Castle Wall Blue Holly, Blue Prince Holly, or China Boy Holly.

Erect spreading branches are covered by rounded, sharply toothed leaves, dark bluish-green in color turning reddish-bronze to purple in winter. Plant in area protected from winter sun. Berries are edible.

A dense, lustrous, dark green male form that produces abundant pollen which will help the females produce berries. Can easily be pruned into any shape. Use to pollinate Blue Princess Holly.
