Little Rocket Ligularia

A Future Plants into from Marco Fransen on the Netherlands. This is a dwarf variety of Ligularia, reaching a height of only 20". Because it is a tetraploid, the flowers are truly substantial with dark buds opening to bright yellow flowers in midsummer. Best grown in cool, moist locations in part shade, like the edge of a pond.

The Rocket Ligularia

Stately yellow spikes to 6 feet. Handsome jagged leaves are very bold. Must be planted in shade or filtered shade, works well with Hosta and Bleeding Hearts. Appreciates constant moisture.
