Beautiful, color changing blooms provide a parade of summer color. Single flowers with upturned sepal edges open to violet-blue then develop mauve-colored centers and fade to soft blue as they age. It is a non-vining, bushy, semi- herbaceous clematis that is great for containers or borders where it can grow through shrubbery. Water regularly in hot conditions.
Unusually fragrant 6" flowers are deep pink with even darker edges. Prolifically flowers twice a season, first from May to June and again from late August to early October.
A late spring, early summer bloomer with light blue flowers with a full center of stamens. Keep roots cool by mulching. Prune after flowers fade to shape.
