Glossy bronze-red foliage is topped by tall stems with masses of tubular flowers that are deep lavender-rose at the base and lighter pink towards the tips. The deep wine-red foliage brings color to the landscape even when the plant is not in bloom. Tolerates high heat and humidity and is rabbit resistant too.
