PEN-CAR

Brightening the landscape with cheerful pink, white-throated tubular blooms and dark pink buds, this hybrid thrives with its glossy green foliage, maintaining its allure throughout much of the summer season. Originating from a cross between Mexican and American wild penstemons, it was cultivated in Colorado to contribute to breast cancer research funding at the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
