Noticeable creamy-white veins add interest on the lustrous, extra large, rich green leaves. This cold hardy ivy makes an excellent groundcover with a strong vining habit, stems 15 to 20 ft long. Will attach and grow up brick walls but can also be used in hanging baskets or as a houseplant. This ivy appreciates being shaded especially from winter sun. Mature Height: 15-20 ft. Hardy to -20°F Maximum Elevation: 6,000 ft.

English Ivy
English Ivy is a broadleaf evergreen that can be used as a groundcover or as a climber. As a groundcover, it reaches 6-8 " in height, spreading wherever it's allowed, forming a dense mat. As a climber it can reach as high as 80 ft using its root-like holdfasts to completely cover an area. In Colorado, English Ivy should be used on north and east sides, in an area protected from harsh afternoon winter sun. This plant bears insignificant greenish flowers but is grown primarily for the evergreen foliage. Recommended as a low maintenance alternative to lawns where conditions allow. Mature Height: 30+ ft.
