Bartlett Pear

Large size, golden yellow, wonderful quality. Buttery, juicy, highly flavored fruit. Excellent for eating fresh or canning. Needs a pollinator. Pollinate with Delicious or Moonglow.

Kieffer Pear

Blight resistant, big yellow fruit perfect for canning and preserves. Pick while fruit is still hard and keep in cool place until they are just right when the fruit gives slightly to the touch. Produces fruit at a young age. All pears need pollinators, any other pear will work.

Golden Spice Pear

Golden Spice is a very hardy pear, with 1.75" fruit that are medium yellow and lightly blushed with dull red. This small, firm fruit is best for canning and spicing, fair for eating. Ripens late August and can be messy if fruit is allowed to fall to the ground. Very resistant to fireblight. Needs a pollinator. Standard trees will get 20-25' tall by 15-20' wide Semi Dwarf trees get 10-15' tall by 8-10' wide

Red Bartlett Pear

The bell-shaped bright red Pear is crisp, juicy, and and sweet. It stores well and is great for eating, cooking, and canning. A semi-dwarf tree matures to a height of 10-15 ft. and a width of 8-10 ft. over 20 years. Standard trees can get 20-25 ft. tall and 10-15 ft. wide.

Summercrisp Pear

An ornamental tree with showy white flowers in spring. Glossy green leaves in the summer. Upright narrow growth habit. Fruit is juicy, crisp and ripens mid August. Preferes a well drained soil. Works well as a pollinator for other pears.

Parker Pear

Blooms in early May, fruit ripens in mid August. Sweet, tender, very good for fresh eating. Good for baking, desserts and for storing. Needs any other Pear as a pollinator.

Comice Pear

The Comice Pear produces a large fruit with a very juicy, melting flesh which has outstanding flavor. The fruit is golden with a trace of red. This Pear is sometimes referrred to as the "connoisseur's" pear. Pollinate with a Bartlett Pear.

Ure Pear

A very cold hardy, disease resistant pear. More or less rounded shape with low branching habit that will need to be pruned at the bottom if clearance is desired. Has sturdy branching with glossy green foliage turning burgundy in fall. Fruit is green-yellow, very juicy and about 2" in diameter. Good for eating and canning and typically ripens in mid-august. Can be pollinated by any other pear, and is a great pollinator its self.

Aristocrat Flowering Pear

A fine upright, pyramidal, to broad-pyramidal formIt has a nice fall color that varies, from yellow to red. Much larger than the more common Cleveland and Chanticleer Pears but has the same fragrant white blooms that are profuse in spring. Hardy to -25°F Maximum Elevation: 6,500 ft.

Chanticleer® Flowering Pear

Strong pyramidal form. Profusion of white flowers in spring followed by small unedible fruit. Fall color ranges from red to purple.

Cleveland Flowering Pear

A fine upright, narrow pyramid shaped tree. Perfect for smaller yards where space is limited. Abundantly pruduced white flowers in early spring. It has thick green shiny leaves in the summer that turn a spectacular array of orange to red in the fall. A very water thrifty tree. Useful as a intermediate sized shade or ornamental tree.
