Autumn Gold Maidenhair Tree (Ginkgo)

Seldom bothered by insects or disease, Ginkgo makes an attractive and hardy tree with striking golden yellow fall color. Upright at first, eventually broadening. Fan shaped leaf fossils dating back more than 65 million years are identical to leaves seen today. The longest occurring tree known.

Emperor Ginkgo

A seedless selection that features a defined central leader and stately branching. Medium green foliage turns brilliant yellow in fall. Uniformly oval to broadly pyramidal. Introduced by the nationally renowned Chicagoland Grows partnership. Slowing growing like most Ginkgo but eventually becomes a large shade tree. Give it space or prune as needed. Fruitless and odorless. Ginkgo are some of the most adaptable, disease and pest resistant trees available.

Fairmount Ginkgo

A fruitless male cultivar that's pratically pest free. Developed from a narrow tree in Fairmount Park Philadelphia that's 80 ft. tall but only 15- 18 ft. wide, resembling a billowy column. Its narrow canopy, salt tolerance and resistance to pollution makes it ideal for urban settings. Fall color is often short-lived but the brilliant golds Ginkgo produce are unmatched by other species. Perfect for Colorado as Ginkgo are not particular to soil types and handle alkaline soils just fine.

Ginnala Flame Maple (Amur)

A multi stemmed form of the species. A nice small tree with brilliant red fall color. Makes a great spreading canopy with age.

Goldspire™ Ginkgo

This non fruiting (male) selection of Ginkgo tree has an upright and narrow shape making it perfect for tight spaces. The fan shaped leaves emerge and hold a nice green throughout the season before turning golden yellow in fall. The ginkgo is extremely tolerant of air pollution, heat, and drought conditions.

Princeton Sentry™ Columnar Ginkgo

An upright and narrow Ginkgo that is virtually pest and disease free. Though it has a moderate to slow growth rate, it will eventually reach heights of 65 feet with a spread between 15 and 20 feet. Ruby Slippers Ginnala Maple

Ruby Slippers is mostly grown as a single stem specimen tree with a dense rounded habit. The tree is covered in red samaras (helicopter seed pods) that resemble red slippers throughout summer. It also trns brilliant shades of red, orange and yellow in fall.

Saratoga Ginkgo

This male cultivar has a distinct central leader, with an upright compact habit that widens with age. 'Saratoga's' foliage ismore deepley lobed than the species, giving it a pretty, lacier look. As its name implies, this is another selection from the Saratoga Horticultural Foundation, from 1975. It has the rich golden yellow fall color, typical of the species, with a dense, compact habit.

Tschi Tschi Ginkgo

A dwarf variety perfect for any yard. Slow growing reaching maturity at about 10 ft. tall and 4-5 ft. wide. It's habit can be fan-shaped to rounded and can be pruned as desired. Like most Ginkgos, Tschi -Tschi produces corky pointed bark protrusions but at a much younger age. The gnarled bark is interesting in winter but covered by dense foliage during the growing season. Fall color is briallant gold but often short lived.
