Giant Japanese Silver Grass (Maiden Grass-Miscanthus)

Grows in erect clumps and has huge, pale, blue- green foliage. The leaves are pendant, giving the overall effect of a large fountain. The white panicles are pyramidal shaped and up to 20 in. long. A late bloomer or not at all in cooler climates.
