Flamboyant, early summer, saucer-like scarlet flowers. Flowers open to reveal black centers. Flowers rise above bold, jagged foliage on long, wiry stems. Decorative seed pods appear shortly after flowers fade. Plant dark blue Siberian Iris in front, a great color combo and Iris foliage covers when poppy goes dormant.
