Apollo Sugar Maple

Compact columnar selection of sugar maple with symmetrical growth and dense branching, ideal for limited spaces. Deep green foliage of summer turns an intense array of brilliant orange, red and golden yellow hues. An excellent selection for use as a street tree or in a small urban garden.

Armstrong Maple

This is an upright growing from of Red Maple exhibiting wonderful red fall color. It enjoys being in or near turf areas as it thrives on moist soil. Great for smaller yards and tighter spaces.

Bigtooth Maple (clump)

A slow growing tree, perfect for smaller yards. This tree is native to the western united states and is well adapted to alkaline soils and acclimates nicely to drier climates. Popular for sites with difficult growing conditions. Develops a broad, spreading canopy with brilliant fall color of red, orange, and yellow.

Brandywine Red Maple

Selected for its insect resistance, fast growth but most of all, its outstanding burgundy persistent fall color. A male selection that will not produce unwanted seedlings. Burgundy Belle Red Maple

A very symmetrical branching habit with fall color turning from brilliant red to intense burgundy. Fantastic fall color sets this Red Maple apart from all the others. Very drought tolerant, heat resistant and can withstand cold, harsh winters.

Celebration® Maple

Vigorous grower in youth. Has strong crotch angles. Sun or shade. Combines the advantages of the silver and red maples with rapid growth, drought tolerance, fall color, and the ability to grow in most soils. Seedless.

Crimson Sunset® Maple

Heat tolerance is the distinguishing characteristic of the Acer truncatum hybrid. Its foliage reembles that of Crimson King, but its form is more upright and compact. Thanks to its Acer truncatum parentage, it flourishes in the summer heat.

Rocky Mountain Glow® Bigtooth Maple

A rocky mountain native! an excellent small-sized Maple that fits in just about any yard. Very tough and tolerates poor soil conditions. Grows slow to on oval shape. Intense orange to red fall colors.

Green Mountain® Sugar Maple

John Pair Caddo Sugar Maple

Renowned horticulturist Dr. John Pair selected this maple for its exceptional heat tolerance and stunning, evenly red fall color. Native to Oklahoma, this tree grows to a rounded shape of 30 ft. with glossy green leaves. Very disease and insect resistant. Expect fall color early. VERY WATER THRIFTY!

Norwegian Sunset® Maple

An upright oval outline with good branch structure and uniform canopy structure, glossy dark green foliage turns yellow-orange to red in fall, exhibits more heat and drought tolerance than typical Norway.

Mesa Glow® Bigtooth Maple

Drought tolerance, cold hardiness and adaptability make this upright selection of the native bigtooth maple a top choice for the intermountain west. Glossy leaves and bold fall color distinguish this selection. Brilliant orange and red fall color.

Sensation Boxelder Maple

Nice shade tree with a rounded crown, covered with green leaves in summer which turn to shades of red in autumn. Faster growing than other Box Elder Maples. Also know as Manitoba Maple. A good choice for areas with harsh weather and difficult conditions.

Shantung Maple

This very hardy and adaptable species is native to China. An evenly round head and dense branching structure. Foliage emerges reddish purple, turns dark green for summer, than bright yellow. Tolerates alkaline soils, heat and drought, and is very resistant to pest and disease.

Silver Maple

Leaves are light green on top with silvery green undersides. A faster growing, maple that will produce shade quickly. Fall color is yellow. Graceful, loosely oval form. Prune during the growing season only.

Autumn Splendor Caddo Sugar Maple

This may be the best Sugar Maple for the southern plains and the Southwest. Selected from an isolated strain of sugar maple found in Caddo County, Kansas by Dr. John Pair of KSU.

State Street™ Miyabei Maple

Oval habit with dark, crisp green leaves. A medium sized shade tree to 30-40 feet tall. Prefers full sun with moist well-drained soil. Some tolerance to short term dryness. A more cold hardy alternative to A. campestre.
